How to Lower High Blood Pressure Naturally
Here are a few traditional high blood pressure medications that can be used to prevent or treat high blood pressure:
- Noni Fruit
How to prepare: Wash a Noni fruit and roughly grate it. Once grated, squeeze and take the juice, drink only 2 to 3 times a day. If you are also suffering from diabetes, the juice is very well suited.
How: Take 2 pieces cucumber, wash and grate it. Once grated, squeeze and take the juice, drink cucumber juice regularly 2-3 times a day.
- Turmeric rhizome
How: Wash and grate the turmeric. If you’ve grated all, squeeze it to take the juice. Mix the juice with a table spoon of honey and drink it 2 – 3 times a day.
