Put down the hamburgers and donuts and as an alternative stuff your face with healthy and balanced, brain boosting foods like seafood, soya, green veggies, and blueberries. If you would like to boost your mind performance, there are lots of things that can be done to improve the speed and accuracy of your intellectual facilities.
After a little research, I discovered there are actually a number of brain boosting foods out there that we can all start adding into our diets. My personal favorite brain boosting foods are broccoli, blueberries and lentils. There are plenty of brain boosting foods I have try to enjoy, but I would have to say smoothie is my best, and perhaps on my opinion the tastiest brain boosting foods.

The body and the brain need energy to work, and by getting a sufficient, stable supply of energy allows you to concentrate and focus. Wholegrains contain a plethora of minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals, and it is often hard to ascribe protective effects on metabolic health to any one particular constituent, such as fibre. They are normally cooked and are rarely consumed in their natural or raw form.
Tomatoes are great brain enhancer and one of the better brain boosting foods. They are a big part of the famously healthy Mediterranean diet. They are usually easy to grow, and a few plants provide an adequate harvest for most families. They are ripening before they get great big. Tomatoes are vines and can be planted deep, all the way up to the two top-most sets of leaves.
Broccoli is a source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, carotenoids and phytochemicals. It is also a good source of vitamin C, vitamin K, fiber, chromium and folate. It is an excellent source of choline, that has been recognized to enhance memory and decrease age-related mental decline. Broccoli is closely associated with cauliflower and a member of the cabbage family.
Spinach is a member of the Aramanthaceae family, and its scientific name is Spinacia oleracea . It is a best non-heme source of iron, along with lentils, tuna and eggs. It is packed with iron and antioxidants, plus it’s a great source of fiber. It is the most valuable of the leafy vegetables, as it has the highest quality of obtainable organic iron. Spinach is good for brain health and may help prevent heart attack and stroke.
Green tea is rich in theanine, a beneficial amino acid found almost exclusively in Camellia sinensis plants. It may help regulate glucose in the body. It may also act as al glucose regulator. It is less processed than black or oolong tea; however, and therefore, has higher concentrations of antioxidants called polyphenols. Green tea is rich in antioxidants and has been shown to help prevent heart disease and protect against free radicals that can damage brain cells.
